The Vineyard

Tales of Seasons Past

Since 1876 the majestic, Edwardian McCormick House has stood gracefully at the end of the meandering Jackalope driveway. Reborn as the bar for this iconic Mornington Peninsula hotel, it stands as an enduring reminder of the history of this picturesque property.

Fertile grazing land for over 100 years prior, the 11-hectare Willow Creek Vineyard was planted in 1989. Under Head Winemaker, Geraldine McFaul, Willow Creek has grown in reputation as one of the premier wineries on the Mornington Peninsula - renowned for its elegant single vineyard wines.

The most faithful expression of the property and its unique personality, Willow Creek’s wines whisper a vinous vernacular, telling tales of seasons past and the winemaking cast.

A collection of the best wineries on the Mornington Peninsula dot the rolling hills around our own vineyard, while our on-property winery restaurant celebrates the region’s roots and serves up the best of the Peninsula’s wines, food, pastoral pleasures and vintage vineyard views.
