Display a sound knowledge of all menu items, cooking technique and local products in an accurate and detailed manner.

Requirements and Availability
- RSA - Must retain Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
- Working Rights - All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.
- Monday through to Sunday shifts - we are open 7 days a week.
- The busiest days are Saturday and Sunday, therefore please expect to be rostered on the weekends primarily.
- Generally shifts include, Afternoon: 3pm to 11pm / 5pm to 1am, or Mid: 11am to 7pm. Shorter shifts where required.
