IDES is coming to Jackalope on Wednesday 12th June for a special, one-off collaborative dinner. Both celebrated Kiwi exports, Peter Gunn (IDES) and Guy Stanaway (Executive Chef, Jackalope Hotels) will combine kitchens to each produce dishes in the six snacks plus five-course menu which will celebrate seasonal produce with punchy, technique-driven flavours.
Peter, of Attica, Royal Mail and Ezard fame, opened IDES in March 2016. His two hatted gem in Smith Street, Collingwood, has built a cult following with an ever changing six-course menu.
