Join us on Thursday 15 July for a celebration of the truffle. On the menu: a guided truffle hunt, a five-course truffle dinner in Doot Doot Doot, and an an early start to the weekend with an indulgent nights’ stay at Jackalope.

Your experience begins with a 90-minute hunt at Red Hill Truffles, where you will forage for fresh truffles with Thomas the truffle dog and unearth secrets about these elusive treasures with owner and expert grower, Jenny. On your return to the hotel, (package includes return group transfers) enjoy an afternoon at leisure, before meeting for the main event: a truffle-fueled five-course dinner in Doot Doot Doot. Expect what Tarlington calls a “truffle-fuelled feast”, with dishes like Moreton Bay bug swimming in a truffle dressing, richer pairings such as kangaroo and duck, and to finish, an utterly indulgent truffle cheesecake for dessert. Extend the extravagance with a memorable stay in the unrivalled luxury and comfort of Jackalope’s suites. Overnight guests will also find a special truffle and spanner crab omelette on the following morning’s breakfast menu.
