They contain an abundance of high-grade, plant-based botanical and wildcrafted ingredients, sourced from some of the most remote and untouched parts of Australia, preserved with fermented radish root. In the spirit of the on-site winery’s single vineyard heritage, dishes in Doot Doot Doot and Rare Hare are designed to offer a faithful expression of site. Creations from both kitchens draw on fresh, seasonal offerings from our 900sqm kitchen garden and select Mornington Peninsula producers. With over 35 herbs and vegetables planted, the kitchen garden takes a leading role in guiding the way our menus evolve through the seasons.
Our pool deck pavilion, the GEODE, offers poolside service during the day for those who want to do some sipping with their dipping. The GEODE is also used as a private spa space, with massage treatments available, or, this sparkling space can be decked out for private dining with panoramic vineyard views (seating up to eight).
